How are providers vetted?
Every provider goes through a background check, license and insurance verification, and a community reputation review. We only work with professionals who meet our quality standards and are actively matched to your specific community.
What if I'm not happy with the service?
After a provider completes a job, they submit photo verification. Our team reviews the work and approves payment on your behalf. If something isn't right, you can flag the issue directly in the app and we'll step in to resolve it.
